Q235B structural steel comes in with mill certificates and leaves as frames that carry three times their rated load. Every weld seam is inspected before coating; every batch ships with its test report.

Wall thickness, hardness and straightness checked against the mill certificate on every incoming lot. Tube outside tolerance never reaches a saw.
Robotic MIG cells
Twelve robotic welding cells run repeatable seams on racks and machine frames; certified welders handle joints robots can’t reach. 100% visual inspection, 10% torque audit.

What are your minimum order quantities?
Racks and rigs start at 20 units, machines at 10, dumbbells at 200 pairs and plates at 5 tonnes. Mixed 40 ft HQ containers are welcome — most first orders combine three or four lines to fill one box.
Can I get samples before committing?
Yes. Sample units ship at distributor price plus freight, and the sample cost is credited back on your first container order. Bars and small accessories usually arrive within ten days by air.
What is the production lead time?
Standard colours run 25–35 days from deposit; custom RAL powder coat or laser branding adds about a week for tooling and first-article approval. Peak season (August–October) books out early — reserve slots in advance.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against the bill of lading copy is standard. Master distributors may use L/C at sight. We invoice in USD or EUR from a licensed export entity with a 13% VAT rebate handled on our side.
How is the equipment shipped and packed?
FOB Qingdao by default; CIF and DAP quoted on request. Frames are foam-wrapped and palletized, plates are steel-strapped on skids and hardware ships in labelled kits — packing lists match carton numbers one-to-one.
How do warranty claims work from overseas?
Photograph the issue and email the serial number. Approved claims ship replacement parts free with your next order — or immediately by courier for safety-critical items. No unit ever needs to be returned to China.
